Meet Coach Jenn

Growing up a competitive gymnast taught me early on the value of bodyweight training and how much a well-rounded body (think having: strength, flexibility, motor control) could impact not only training itself, but life outside of the gym.

So as a Functional Fitness Coach with a speciality in Bodyweight Strength & Mobility for over 10 years now, helping my clients move their bodies better has become a big passion and focus of mine!

I hope that this guide provides even a few helpful tips on gaining confidence upside down as you work towards your handstand! In it, I share some of our Strongnastics team’s favourite tips and strategies for taking your inversions to the next level.
