Gymnastics is hard… We feel ya! There is a reason gymnasts start at such a young age and train long hours. And while you might not have been a gymnast, we’re confident that with our guidance and coaching support, we can have you moving more like a gymnast in no time.
Workshop options for all athlete levels:
Gymnastics Foundations
Perfect for beginner and intermediate athletes looking to gain confidence and improve technique. Focus areas include: handstands, kipping pull ups, toes-to-bar, and ring basics. (RX athletes are also encouraged to attend to revisit the basics.)
Gymnastics "RX" Skills
Whether you’re just on the cusp of getting your RX skills or looking to refine existing ones, this is a session you don’t want to miss. Focus areas include: Butterfly pull ups, handstand walking, handstand push-ups and muscle-ups. *Prerequisites exist.
Speciality Skills
Our Foundations and RX workshops cover many key skills taught in most gyms. However, if specific focus needs to be placed on a specific skill or two, we are more than happy to customize a session to meet your gym’s needs.
