Meet Coach Jenn
Growing up a competitive gymnast taught me early on the value of bodyweight training and how much a well-rounded body (think having: strength, flexibility, motor control) could impact not only training itself, but life outside of the gym.
So as a Functional Fitness Coach with a speciality in Bodyweight Strength & Mobility for over 10 years now, helping my clients move their bodies better has become a big passion and focus of mine!
