The Strongnastics team has put together a series of intermediate level mini workshops for you! With the proper flexibility, mobility, strength and skill work, anyone can become proficient at moving like a gymnast.
Each online workshop will explore skills commonly found in gymnastics / calisthenics environments. We will break these skills down into manageable progressions and guide you along the way with coaching cues and feedback throughout. These workshops are great for anyone wanting to move better, get stronger and learn some cool stuff along the way!
Choose to participate in one (1) workshop or all three (3) of our 90-minute Zoom sessions led by expert Coaches Merritt Lymburner and Jenn Lymburner! Each session will run on a Saturday from 10:30am-12:00pm EST.
*Note: These workshops will be covering STRICT movements only to accommodate those still under lock-down. While no kipping movements will be explored, the strict strength, mobility and technique work covered will only support your kipping skills.
